The region experienced the hottest morning of the season after the minimum temperature rose by three notches from yesterday's 25.5 degrees C while the maximum temperature plummeted by three degrees from 43.2 degrees.
To get relief from the heat wave, people were seen buying cold beverages while some were seen carrying umbrella with them.
According to the Weather man, the sky will remain partly cloudy tomorrow with possibility of rain or thunderstorm. The minimum and the maximum temperatures are expected to hover around 28 and 40 degrees C.
