The Sharjah Police have arrested two Iranians and foiled their attempt to sell a "large quantity" of crystal meth among youths in different parts of the county.
Brig Mohammed Rashid Bayat, director of police operations department, said the police received a tip-off that the suspects would try to promote the drugs among the youth in the country. After confirming the information, the police formed a team of officers in coordination with the Ministry of Interior's anti-narcotics department to arrest the suspects.
The team laid a trap and arrested the suspects red-handed. The suspects confessed to the crime during police interrogation. The police seized the drugs found in their possession and referred the case to the public prosecution.A post shared by ???? ??????? (@shjpolice)
