Shelter Adoption For "Utter Bastard" Cat

According to the staff at Cat People of Melbourne, Mr. Biggles (short for "Mr. Bigglesworth, Austin Powers fans!) is an “utter bastard of a cat” who looks pretty intense in the photos that accompany his listing. And this cat doesn’t mess around. “If he doesn't like what you're doing he will give you a nip,” the posting says. “Sometimes he likes to swipe at your feet too. It just depends on what he can reach at the time.” The listing notes that Mr. Biggles is a "despot and a dictator" who is basically looking for a "human slave."

Mr. Biggles “does not like to be thwarted” and throws a “catty tantrum” if he can't go outside when he wants to be let out, isn’t fed on time, and isn’t allowed to strut through the kitchen, eating whatever he wants. And, if you piss him off, “his eyes will go dark and tail will start swishing harder.”

But Mr. Biggles isn’t a total a-hole: He likes cuddling (on his own terms), but if you don’t stroke him properly, he’ll nip at you. The listing points out that he also has a soft side—he plays with kittens and likes to cuddle “from time to time.” He also likes to know what people are doing and “loves to have a chat, he will respond if you talk to him,” the listing says. He also does normal cat stuff, like sleeping on the end of your bed.

Check out how Teresa Giudice deals with cattiness on The Real Housewives of New Jersey:

Mr. Biggles isn’t right for “the inexperienced or faint hearted” and the listing basically says he needs an owner that won’t put up with his sh-t. The Cat People of Melbourne also posted an “interview” with Mr. Biggles on Facebook after his listing went viral, and he pretty much spent it not giving AF.
