Yello expands to three new markets
Local business directory search engine Yello Media Group has expanded its services to The Bahamas, Costa Rica and Guernsey.Following the rebranding of the company's name from Yellow Pages to Yello, the company signed contracts with the countries, thereby increasing the number of market operations from 17 to 20.
The expansion has resulted in a restructuring of the company's operations and the promotion of Ian Neita as group executive director and Collin Francis as the new group CEO.
In a release from the company, chairman of Yello Media Group, Randy French, said with the growth of company, it is necessary that the management team repositioned to suit the changing conditions.
“We are confident in our leadership team's passion and expertise to lead the charge into new frontiers and successes,” he added.
In their new positions, Neita will be responsible for long-term strategic growth and diversification of new markets and business sectors, while Francis will focus on the strategic direction and daily operations of all 20 markets.
Future plans include expanding the company's digital offerings through the signing of new partnership agreements, the build-out of a telecommunication arm, and the launch of an advertising sales division to sell electronic media solutions, primarily for TV.

In addition, our new business ventures and new markets are expected to create exceptional value for businesses across the region,” said Neita.
