Arshad Warsi buys a Ducati Monster 797 Dark Edition
Bollywood star Arshad Warsi is known for his love for the high-end performance bikes and now he has purchased a Ducati Monster 797 Dark Edition. The bike is priced at Rs. 8.03 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi) and it is the rival model against Kawasaki Z900 and Triumph Street Triple S. Interestingly, this becomes the latest possession in Arshad Warsi’s garage where he also has an Indian Scout.
Speaking about the Ducati Monster 797 Dark Edition, the bike comes with a very masculine and powerful appearance that draws attention at the very first glimpse. Wearing a stylish Dark Stealth Black paint scheme, the bike gets LED daytime running light integrated to the headlamp cluster. Apart from that, it also boasts LED turn indicators, LED taillight, fully digital instrument cluster with LCD display.

The Ducati Monster 797 Dark Edition is built on a Trellis frame. The front suspension gets 43 mm Kayaba forks with 130 mm travel. It comes equipped with cast aluminium twin-sided swing arm and a laterally mounted Sachs-sourced shock absorber along with multistep adjustable spring preload and rebound damping at the back.
The bike gets a 16.5-litre capacity fuel tank ensuring a long running range without refueling. Power source for the Ducati Monster 797 Dark Edition is a 803 cc Desmodue L-twin engine coupled with a six-speed transmission. This engine churns out around 74 bhp of peak power at 8,250 rpm and 67 Nm of peak torque at 5,750 rpm.
