Badminton: Wei Feng fails to reach China Masters final
PETALING JAYA: Chong Wei Fengâs hopes of reaching his first final in two years went up in smoke. Wei Feng, the world No.48, had only himself to blame after failing to make the most of the two match points he held. Wei Feng certainly deserved some credit as he did not give up despite trailing 4-12 at one stage. Itâs still Wei Feng best run on the international stage since he emerged runner-up at the Vietnam Open in July 2016. The two-time China Open semi-finalist will look to build on the solid outing when he travels to Auckland in two weeks time for the New Zealand Open from May 1-6.
