Virat Kohli Starts New Initiate With Veshbhusha Challenge, Nominates Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant
Virat Kohli, the current Indian skipper, has erased the past memories of England by scoring a sublime hundred and fifty in the first Test match. Although, India lost the match by 31 runs but it was Virat's performance that made headlines.
Time and again, Virat Kohli has spoken about his love for India. Ahead of Independence Day, Virat Kohli has come up with an interesting challenge.
The 29-year old skipper who takes a lot of pride in being an India has posted a video on Instagram, introducing a new challenge called 'Veshbusha' in which he has requested fellow countrymen to wear traditional Indian dress on the auspicious occasion of 15th August.
He nominated Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant for this challenge.
He starts his message with a memorable quote by legendary Indian leader Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose – “Tum Mujhe Khoon Do Main Tumhe Azadi Dunga." The Mumbai based batsman then goes on to say how he remembered these quotes and how some never change.
Virat Kohli then throws some light on wearing traditional attire on Independence Day and why it is important for every Indian to follow this practice. He further adds that he would wear his #VeshBhusa to continue the age-old tradition.
