New Delhi, Aug 9 (UNI) BJP MLAs, including Leader of the Opposition in the Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta, on Thursday filed a complaint with the police against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his three other Cabinet Ministers for sitting on dharna for nine-days at Raj Niwas in June.

The Leader of Opposition along with his party MLAs, OP Sharma and Jagdish Pradhan, met Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Nupur Prasad and filed a complaint against Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, PWD Minister Satyendar Jain and Labour Minister Gopal Rai for criminal trespass and forcible occupation of the Office of Lt Governor of Delhi at Raj Niwas in June.

The MLAs also alleged that they are guilty of criminal dereliction of their constitutional duties which they were bound to perform as the senior most Delhi Government functionaries.

“The probe must investigate as to how CM and his ministers held a dharna at LG's office and stayed there for nine days staying away from discharging their duties and responsibilities.
Their behaviour was most unbecoming of senior most Government functionaries and lead Delhi without governance for nine days,” they stated in the complaint.
