Xiaomi Mi LED TV 4X Pro, Mi TV 4A Pro, and Mi Soundbar launched in India: price, specifications

Xiaomi has refreshed its smart TV lineup in India with the launch of Mi TV 4X Pro with 55-inch display and Mi TV 4A Pro with a 43-inch screen. The larger model supports 4K resolution, while the smaller once has a full-HD panel. Both the TVs also run the Android-based Patchwall UI for the smart TV experience and have 20W speakers. Aside from the TVs, the company introduced the Mi Soundbar in the country.

The Xiaomi Mi LED TV 4X Pro 55-inch price in India has been set at Rs 39,999, while the Mi TV 4A Pro 43-inch costs Rs 22,999. The new Mi Soundbar, on the other hand, costs Rs 4,999. The TVs go for sale in the country from 12 noon January 15th onwards exclusively via Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores. The soundbar will be available starting January 16th only via Mi.com and Mi Homes.

Starting with the Mi LED TV 4X Pro, it comes with a 10-bit 55-inch display that is claimed to offer true colour reproduction. The screen gives an immersive viewing thanks to the slim bezels. At its core lies a quad-core Amlogic 64-bit processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and Mali-T450 graphics. The new 4K TV has 8GB onboard storage as well. On the software front, the TV comes pre-loaded with Xiaomi’s Patchwall UI based on Android.
The television set ships with 20W bottom-firing speakers fine-tuned by Dolby + DTS Cinema audio. In terms of connectivity, the Mi TV 4X Pro offers dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11ac), Bluetooth 4.0, three HDMI ports, and two USB (3.0+2.0), AV, S/PDIF, and Ethernet ports. A Bluetooth-backed remote rounds up the package. The TV will offer over 7 lakh hours of content in 12 different languages. Content partners for the TV include Hotstar, Sony LIV, Voot, Eros Now, ZEE5, Hooq, Epic ON, etc.
As for the Mi TV 4A Pro, the smart TV features 43-inch display with full HD screen resolution and 1-gigs of RAM. It shares the rest of the spec sheet with the Mi LED TV 4X Pro.
Coming to the new Xiaomi audio accessory – the Mi Soundbar – it comes with eight-speaker drivers: two 2mm dome speakers, two 2.5-inch woofers, and four passive radiators. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.2, S/PDIF, Optical, Line-in, and a 3.5mm aux-in. “With the speaker, experience the sound – percussions of a drum to the strings of a guitar – from one end of the spectrum to another,” the company said in a press release.
