The name of the state is going to give the state-level cultural award to the Yogi government to the artists who will make the country proud. The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh will give this award in various disciplines. According to the media report, Minister Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari held a meeting with officials at the Tourism Bhawan in Gomtinagar and said that a plan should be made to give the state-level cultural award on the same lines as the Begum Akhtar Award is given. In the Begum Akhtar Award, artists are given five lakh rupees, Angavastra, and citation. A similar award should also be given in other genres.

Minister Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari also deliberated deeply on the revised proposal of Uttar Pradesh's new culture policy. He also gave necessary instructions to the officers. Actually, no other government distributes due to being in the Yashbharati award disputes started in the Samajwadi Party government. These awards have not been given in Uttar Pradesh since the BJP government came in 2017. The pension of 50 thousand rupees received by its artists has also been banned.
