15 years later, Shoaib Akhtar breaks silence on rape allegations, gives a big statement

Shoaib further said, 'I asked the board at that time but the PCB did not reveal the name and said that Shoaib was not there then. When this happened, everyone looked at me with suspicion. It was also said about Akhtar that he had a hamstring injury. Not only that, he was also fined by the PCB for violating the night curfew.
Significantly, when talking about Akhtar's cricket career, Akhtar, who started his career in 1997, has played 46 Tests and 163 ODIs for the Pakistan cricket team. In which Shoaib Akhtar has taken 178 and 247 wickets respectively. Shoaib has also played IPL matches. Shoaib Akhtar was part of Shah Rukh Khan's team KKR in the IPL. Akhtar played the last ODI of his career against New Zealand in 2011.
